We are fully staffed with director of gerontology, a director of nurses, a licensed dietitian and a social worker.
Our focus is to help you regain health and live at the highest level of your ability in a safe, nurturing environment.

IN-HOME ASSISTANCE
The Hallmark is licensed by the state of Texas to provide personal assistance services in your on-campus apartment by certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Support is tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you need just a few hours of care per day or 24-hour, round-the-clock assistance.
In-home care services include:
- Running errands for you
- Doing light housekeeping
- Assisting with bathing
- Helping you dress
- Lending a hand with meal preparation
- Providing or coordinating transportation
- Supervising medications and doctor visits
ON-SITE CLINIC
Our clinic provides residents of The Hallmark with weekly access to a nurse practitioner, who is available to assist with blood pressure monitoring, medication management and minor treatments. Instead of interrupting the day’s activities with a drive to a doctor’s office, Hallmark residents can visit our clinic or receive care in their apartment homes.
